We have three main ways that you can browse our website; these are…

Shop Categories:

You can browse through our shop categories by using either the navigation bar to the left of the page or (from the Homepage) selecting the icons under “Categories”. When you are searching for your perfect item you can use this helpful navigation method to browse your way through our shop categories. We have plenty of variation in the products that we sell so we have broken it down into first product types and then colours!

Shop Search:

This is great if you know exactly what product you are looking for, or what kind of products you would like to browse. Simply enter a few keywords and browse through the results! Example: “Pink iPod Speaker” or “Skullcandy Hesh”

Search by Brand:

This is great if you want to view the range of products we sell from a specific label, simply click on the desired brand to view everything we sell!

SHOPPING CART:

When you have found an item that you wish to purchase simply click “Add to Cart” before completing the checkout.

You can go back and edit your Shopping Basket any time until you have completed the checkout, so don’t worry if you add an item and then spot something you like more!

CHECKOUT:

Once you have browsed our store and added items you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart you can complete the checkout via 2 methods…

Checkout Now:

Our secure checkout service offer customers variety of methods to make payment. This includes all major credit and debits cards as well as the popular Paypal Service.

To pay for an order via the Channel Advisor checkout simply select the Checkout Now option (shown above) in the Shopping Cart after adding items you wish to purchase.

If you are a returning customer and have a registered account with us you can make payment even easier by logging in via the “Registered Customer Checkout” option. You will then be able to complete your payment using the same details that you have previously used, unless you wish to use new details.

If you are a new customer to Audio Out you need to provide a valid e-mail address in the “Guest Checkout” box. You will then be asked to enter the Shipping Information (where you would like your order to be sent to, see Shipping Policy for prices) and select your preferred payment method. The payment methods available are Paypal or Credit / Debit card (American Express, Visa, Solo, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Debit UK Delta).

Google Checkout:

Google Checkout is a secure payment gateway managed by Google aimed at allowing the customer to make easy and safe online payments for orders that they have made with participating online retailers, such as us!

To make a payment through Google Checkout simply select the Google Checkout option in the Shopping Cart after adding items you wish to purchase. You will then be asked to log into your Google Checkout account and confirm the payment. If you have not used Google checkout before you can simply type in your details and create an account.
